Book inspired Illustrations with commercial license

I'm looking for cartoon/comic-style illustrations with a commercial license for promotional materials targeting young adults. The illustrations will be used to create merchandise inspire of books I enjoy (Acotar, crecent City, One Piece) and I'm looking for an artist who can capture the spirit of the book in unique and creative ways! Must be open to providing feedback, revisions, and a fast turn-around time.
