Book cover for YA fantasy ebook

I am looking for an illustrative book cover design for my YA Fantasy ebook. I have specific elements and symbols that need to be included in the design, such as a lightning over hills, a demonic faith healer holding a bible, dancing dogs, and a winged mothman type creature. Additionally, I want the cover to have a dark and mysterious color scheme. Whoever takes on this project should be experienced with creating fantasy book covers and should be able to capture the perfect mood that I am looking for.
