Blacksmith Illustrations

I am looking to commission an artist to create 2 realistic illustrations, a female blacksmith and a male blacksmith, for the purpose of using as a product line for our company marketing. I am interested in high-quality work that is aesthetically pleasing. The artist should have experience in traditional blacksmithing techniques and represent them accurately in the illustrations. The attached image we found online is exactly what we are after, and then we are hoping for a male version. A lot of the artwork online is a bit too unrealistic, we are hoping for the characters to be realistic symbols of strength and hard work.We want the characters to be tough, strong, humble, representations of every man & woman. Dark hair.

I am looking for someone who can turn my idea into a reality, creating two unique illustrations that capture the spirit of blacksmithing with warmth and precision. The visuals should be engaging and represent the subject matter of blacksmithing accurately. I am open to a variety of different artistic approaches, as long as the illustrations maintain a realistic, high-quality look.
