Birthday Card

Cartoon-like birthday card for a real guy (photo of the person will be provided).
I want the features of the guy to be similar to his real photo - so that it's easy to know it's him!
The guy is wearing a red cap (a replica of the super mario one but with P instead of M on it to match the first letter of his name). He's having a smile on his face, doing a thumbs-up gesture and wearing an open shirt with a white t-shirt underneath. In front of him there's a cake with the super mario 1-up green mushroom on it and two lit up candles (3 and 7) to match his age (37).
I envision the character is coming out of a circle with the headline around the circle up-top reading "Happy Birthday Habibi!"
