Become the art of my story - I need a manga artist.

I've been working on a story of mine for almost three years now. Most of the first part is complete. I'm writing the story in a season-to-season type format, and I've designed most of the characters that are going to be a part of the story. The problem is, I'm more of the writer, idealist and visionary type and my drawing knowledge and technique can only take me so far. I'm wanting a manga artist to help assist me on my journey to make this story a story that everyone in the world can read and hopefully someday watch.
