Bachelor Party Looney Tunes Portrait

I'm in need of a digital portrait designed in a Looney Tunes title card style. The final piece will be printed on T-shirts and a mug for a bachelor party, and I'd like for the portrait to be of the grooms head with the words "JARED FRIENDBERG" written in cartoon font above him, and the words "A Really Swell Guy, in Technicolor" under him (see the reference photo). The final digital portrait should be delivered as a JPEG.
