Artistic Portrait Design (Paint Me)

Hi,
I am looking for an artist who can draw a portrait of me. This job only consists of one single picture to paint or sketch. I will need to use this picture on home page of my personal website.
You will be given a realistic photo of me and design an artistic portrait based on it. A set of references which reflects the style I desire will be given. It would be easier if you could provide some of your past works and a simple demo of your drawing style.
This job requires a great sense of aesthetic design. The final portrait can be in any formats (e.g. Sketch, canvas, digital etc.).
