Artist painter to pain a picture of my friends wedding photo

I am looking for an experienced artist painter to paint a picture of my friend's wedding photo. I am aiming for an Impressionistic painting style and would like a medium to large size. Ideally, the painting should be a faithful rendition of the photo, capturing the moment of the wedding celebration while still staying true to Impressionistic style. It would be great if the painter could also draw from their own interpretation and expertise to make the painting unique. I do not have a photo to go by yet as their wedding isn't until the 23rd September but I thought it best to find the artist now. I am looking for top-notch quality of work.
