Artist to draw, sketch, and/or paint a photo mount

I need an artist who can draw, sketch, and/or paint an 8x10 to 5x7 photo mat for a framed wedding invitation. I would like to have a sego lily, columbine, and some small vices with leaves drawn or painted on the mat. I have included what my finished invitation looks like from my wedding 25 years ago and a picture of a sego lily and columbine.
