Aquaculture Site Schematic Scale Diagram

I want to give potential partner-farmers and website visitors an at-a-glance understanding of the scale of my aquaculture expansion, so I need a single, clear schematic drawn to scale.

Here is the data the drawing must cover:
• 16 permits – 100 acre mussel farm sites
• 16 permits – 112 acre clam farm sites
• 8 permits – 488 acre lobster zones with weekly/monthly harvesting
• 1 permit – 350 acre bluefin tuna farm
• A secondary underwater fermentation area for spirits & wine (show its association without crowding the main farms).

Style & format
– Keep it simple and schematic rather than photorealistic.
– Final output must be a high-resolution, printable PDF that sits neatly on an A4 or US-Letter page.
– Colours, line weights or subtle icons are welcome as long as the layout stays uncluttered and easy to read when printed.

Scale & labelling
Everything has to be proportionally accurate so acreage differences are immediately obvious. Please label each permit block with its activity and acreage; grouping similar permits together is fine as long as counts remain clear.

Deliverable
1. Print-ready PDF.
2. (Optional but appreciated) the editable source file in Illustrator, Inkscape, or a comparable vector format for future updates.
