Apparel Mockups and Spec Sheets Creation

Project Title: Apparel Tech Pack / Mockup Design (6 Items)
Project Overview:
I need a designer to create detailed clothing mockups/spec sheets for 6 garments based on reference photos I will provide. These will be sent directly to my overseas manufacturer to produce 1:1 samples, so clarity and accuracy are critical.
What I Need:
For each item, the mockup must include a clean flat-lay illustration of the garment with all design elements accurately represented, callout arrows labeling key details (fabric, logo placement, print type, colorways, panel construction etc.), material specifications clearly noted, and any text/logo treatments shown with size and placement dimensions where visible from the reference.
Reference Material:
I will provide clear reference photos for all 6 items. Your job is to translate those photos into a professional spec sheet a manufacturer can work from with no guesswork.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience creating apparel tech packs or manufacturer-ready flat sketches. Fashion design or garment production background preferred.
Deliverable:
6 completed spec sheets — one per garment — delivered as PDF or high resolution image files.
