Anime Style Cartoon Birthday Card Design

I'm in need of a talented designer to create a cartoon birthday card for me. The design should feature anime style and depict the head and shoulders of a lady alongside her dog. The background of the card should be a simple solid color. Other elements to include, reference to Portugal, Chelsea football club, bottle(s) of Cristal beer (photo provided) and the sunshine. The lady is 80 the theme should be fun and happy. Other stuff like balloons etc if it's not too crowded. More photos of lady and dog provided.
