Anime Illustrator for Beginners Anime Book

Hello!
I am looking for a high-quality illustrator to work with on a long-term basis to illustrate a step-by-step instructional kids/teens book on how to draw manga.
The first book will be all about manga faces. This will include teen girl, teen boy, and chibi heads, eyes, expressions, and hairstyles.
I will provide you with an outline on how the book will be structured, how the step-by-step instructional should look like and what sketches/illustrations to include.
We are looking for an illustrator who is experienced, knowledgeable and most importantly PASSIONATE about writing about How to Draw Manga - a Guide for Beginners (to start) with an emphasis on step-by-step instructions.
Topics include:
-Head
-Eyes
-Expressions
-Hairstyles
Requirements:
1. No plagiarism/copying other artists.
2. PASSION and expertise illustrator software and vectors.
3. Ability to digitize sketches to create high resolution digital images.
4. Create unique and fun manga/anime art.
Please provide a sample of your work, such as a portfolio, in order to show your experience and expertise in the field. In your application, please explain your personal experience within drawing or illustrating manga or anime.
Lastly, please put "shoujo" as the first two words in your application so that we know you've read and understood everything.
