Anime Art for Board Game Elements

I am working on a game about thieves. I need 8 anime-style characters designed for the game and box. I have a detailed list describing the characters as well as related inspiration for them. The art would be used on character cards and potentially elsewhere! (details explained over the phone) I would need 8 action-posed images of each of the characters. As well as a character breakdown/bio "ID card" style mock-up.
