Adult-Centric Campy Cartoon Illustration Needed for Fun T-shirt Design

I'm in need of an illustrator who can help me create an illustration for the back of a t-shirt. I want it to be a campy/cartoonish scene featuring 7 cartoon characters (based on real life friends, I can provide photos for inspiration). Each character will need specific clothes, touches and will be performing a specific action. The general scene will be filled with important details/easter eggs.
