Need to re-configure the IIS server

I hosted my c# .net website on a high-performance server with an IIS server, and I facing a slowness issue in my website. I also checked the SQL queries but the issue in the server configuration. I need to fix all the server-level bugs which affect my website.

Need IIS server expert who also has good knowledge of .Net technology and windows server.
