Kerberos Authentication for IIS Website

I am in the process of building a demo environment that requires a simple static website hosted on IIS, with authentication via Kerberos when accessed from a domain-joined machine. The primary goal is to avoid NTLM prompts and demonstrate Kerberos in action. When accessed from a domain-joined Windows machine, the connection should be seamless. However, when accessed from a Mac or other non-domain device, an NTLM prompt should appear.
The Active Directory infrastructure is already set up, although it mostly has default settings. I need assistance with enabling Kerberos authentication, as I am encountering issues likely related to Service Principal Names (SPN).
