IIS (Web Server ) expert is required

We are looking for an IIS - Web Server expert to work with us in optimizing the hosted MS .NET web application.
Main issue is the pool size which keeps on increasing and then after some time web application becomes very slow and we had to restart IIS again.
We are looking for expert who has good knowledge in IIS hosting, Windows Server etc,.. and who can very easily identify and support to optimize the web application.
