Find out the reason and a fix why IIS website goes down after the newsletter is sent
Budget: €20 – €60 EUR
I am looking for someone with expertise in troubleshooting IIS websites to help me find the reason why my website goes down after sending out a newsletter.
Current Setup:
- The website is hosted on a VM on Azure with IIS setup.
Issue Details:
- Unfortunately, I do not have any error messages or logs that can provide more information about the issue. But would grant you access to the server.
Newsletter Platform:
- I am using Mailchimp as the platform to send out my newsletters and it has nothing to do with the website and even images used in the newsletters are hosted in mailchimp however I can see that visitors load increases significantly after newsletter is sent.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting IIS websites downtime.
- Knowledge of VM hosting on Azure.
