Configure IIS 10 for ASPImage

I need guidance to configure an IIS 10 server on Windows Server 2022 to run the ASPImage server component. The purpose of this configuration is to enable image resizing capabilities for my application.
I have this component running on older servers and this page - https://www.myasp.net/semi_dedi - implies it is possible.
I have installed the component and it crashes IIS.
I cannot give first-hand access to the server - I need instructions only so I can get it running.
