Build a rewrite rules in IIS

I need a expert in IIS that can build a custom rewrite rules that can do :

https://www.domain.com/blogue to https://blogue.domain.com but it need to stay to https://www.domain.com/blogue

it need to be masked for user so it always stay to https://www.domain.com/blogue but the content and domain are on https://blogue.domain.com

its like a reverse proxy or something...
