InfoSecAssure is an Australian cyber security start up. We have developed a SaaS platform that allows businesses of any size to conduct cyber security assessments against a range of security standards so they can understand their risks and access tools and templates to help uplift their security posture.

Our clients are businesses ranging from small businesses through to large professional consulting firms.
Our brand
Our brand is professional. we use plain language wherever possible as our subject matter can be quite complex. Our brand colors for our platform are based on the IBM carbon design system.
Our company brand colours and fonts for our website are slightly different and will be provided as part of any engagement.
Project overview
We are upgrading the reports that are produced as part of the features we provide in our platform. As part of the upgrade we will be inserting icons in the reports to represent each of the practice areas we assess against. The purpose of the icons is show a visual representation of the subject matter in focus.
We have developed all the icons in illustrator using icon vector designs from adobe stock icon packs
We think the icons are inconsistent in detail and in design I.e stroke width.
We want the icons to be consistent and professional.
I need a talented designer to review each icon and amend to create the following icon set for each icon:
- Icons for report (in colour and greyscale) – more details in attached brief
- Mini icon (in grey scale) – more details in attached brief
Budget
We estimate that as each icon, as it has already been designed, will likely require around 1 hour for first cion or two and 45 minutes for reminder of work for each icon. There are 18 icons so we estimate 16 hours of work. We will, pay $20 USD per hour. Total budget is $320 USD.
Work test
We are a start-up and have just gone through our first round of seed funding. Due to budgets being tight. (Bet everyone says that, sorry) it is important that we get the talented resources doing our work so we don’t have rework anything.
For this reason, for all of our design projects (of which there are many in the pipeline) we have decided to split the work into two payments /projects. The first payment/project will test your skills and outputs before we progress to remaining work.
For this project we will cut the project into two deliverables
- Work test - look at all icons and pick one to deliver
- Rest of icons - if we are happy with first icon deliverable we will progress to the remaining part of the brief so you can complete the remaining icons.
Artifacts that will be provided
18 icons in .ai format and .png format (we will provide all up front so you can see full set of icons before you design first)

We are looking to build lasting relationships with a couple of great designers.
We are in Sydney and don’t mind where you are from.
We expect that you will provide us with one round of feedback for each icon.
