IBM Tivoli Backup On-Prem Setup

I need a proven Tivoli Storage Manager (IBM Tivoli Backup) specialist to take my on-premises environment from zero to fully operational. The project covers clean installation, initial configuration, and hand-off documentation for both Windows and AIX hosts that will act as the backup server and clients.
Scope
You will plan and perform the complete install on the designated Windows and AIX machines, size and create storage pools, define policies, register nodes, and establish daily incremental as well as weekly full schedules. After the first successful backup, you will run representative restore tests and tune the configuration so that throughput and retention align with best practices.
Deliverables
• Fully installed and licensed Tivoli Backup server and client components on the specified Windows and AIX systems
• Configured device classes, storage pools, policy domains, schedules, and administrative scripts
• Proof-of-restore report demonstrating at least two file-level and one system-level recovery scenarios
• Clear step-by-step document that lets my in-house team repeat common tasks such as adding a new node, checking log status, or expanding storage
• Brief walkthrough (remote) so my team can ask final questions before sign-off

Everything must operate without error for one full backup cycle, and the written guide must be complete enough that someone new to Tivoli can follow it unassisted.
