Demo RAPIDs DASK on IBM Cloud

About the project:
As an IBM Cloud Product manager, I would like the RAPIDs DAAS to be tested on IBM Cloud using IBM Kubernetes Service.

Prerequisite:
Provisioning of the IKS clusters on IBM Cloud
Install the DASK cloud provider management tool (it requires a paid IKS cluster)

How to get it done:
Setup RAPIDs on IBM Cloud IKS and document the process details as it is documented on https://rapids.ai/cloud for other Clouds such as AWS, Azure, and GCP and capture the details and testing results.

Deliverables:
Author a tutorial with the following topics (these are only the indicators, hence they are adjustable):
• Describe the problem
• Target audience
• Prerequisites (software and platform)
• Duration to complete the tutorial
• Steps to install the DASK on IKS
• Steps to configuration/setup DASK
• Steps to test
• Conclusion
• Call to action
