AS400 Cloud Setup & ODBC

I want to spin up an internet-reachable AS400/IBMi instance running DB2 so I can test ODBC calls from my Linux server. I do not have any on-prem hardware, so the whole stack must live in the cloud. I need step-by-step, detailed guidance rather than a “just done for me” hand-off; every action should be clear enough for me to repeat later.
