I want to create one simple process project in JBPM, that a simple order of adding/updating user with privileges to the system, approval User manager then goes to IT technician to verify data then goes to it manager for approval then will be processed by IT technician and close:
Once approved by IT manager, 2 outside script/task will be called then process will go to IT technician to complete.
Creator should be able to follow the case. 2 tasks will be calling a script or outside url to be run. The name of the user will be verified from domain in case the form is update user.
