iOS icon design for iPhone

I need to have an iPhone icon design. The name of the app is My Turn Plus it could also be My Turn +

The app is for people to make appointments with an urgent care medical clinic and can also be used to make an appointment with the dentist office. By using the app the person does not have to wait in the waiting room but rather the app will send them a text message using their location as well as the location of the doctor or dentist office as well as location tracking and traffic conditions. The app icon should be simple easy to see on the phone screen the app is not necessarily the logo but rather an app icon

I have attached the colors for the app and would prefer that the app have a white background

I have submitted several app icons as an uploaded file but these are not satisfactory they seem too busy not clean I think just the words MyTurnPlus or My Turn + is all that is required I would like to have the my turn in the red color I uploaded in the file and the plus word or symbol + In the dark yellow color or feel free to surprise me with something amazing
