ESP32 5 inch Touchscreen to control 4 solid state Relays

I need an ESP32-based touchscreen UI to control four solid-state relays over I2C. The touchscreen should display a set image for each relay state when triggered, and users must be able to toggle each relay individually. The system will be hard-wired (no Wi‑Fi).
