Hyperledger Vote App

My name is satyam and i'm pursuing my B.tech.I am contacting you today to ask if you would be interested
to help me regarding hyperladger vote app.
I am trying to make this project with the help of github code but I'm unable to do it.
Last time we did ethereum blockchain we did this project in the last semester .
After that semester our project guide told us to improve your project by using the E voting system using hyperledger .
And I had reffered. But I'm unable to do this project .
I'm getting two three issues. I have Attached Screenshot in this message. Even my application is not running .
I was thinking that everything has been updated like extensions etc. After trying so many times I had deleted all of the stuff.
After that even smart contracts are also not getting deployed.Taking About IBM cloud I had tried 10 times
to create an account again by tomorrow morning by creating all credit cards and with 4-5 accounts But I'm unable to create.
This project is important to me for learning purposes as well as for my academic purpose. Can you please provide me with your
contact number or whatsapp number? It will be more helpful for me. It's too urgent for my academic purpose.Please help me ,
