Hyperledger Smart Contract Build

I need a Hyperledger specialist to design and code a simple smart contract from scratch. The core goal is to demonstrate fundamental asset creation, transfer, and query functions that I can later extend for a larger application. I haven’t locked in a specific Hyperledger framework yet, so I’m open to Fabric, Sawtooth, or Burrow—feel free to recommend the best fit for rapid setup.

Deliverables:
• Clean, well-commented chaincode implementing basic CRUD operations
• A clear README with local deployment steps (Docker or native)
• A short test script or sample client call that proves the contract works end-to-end

Keep the solution lightweight, easy to follow, and built with current Hyperledger best practices.
