Create E voting system application using hyperledger
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I want to create E voting system application using hyperledger
I tried to develop it by myself but I'm getting two three issues. I have Attached Screenshot in this message. Even my application is not running .
After trying so many times I had deleted all of the stuff.
After that even smart contracts are also not getting deployed. Taking About IBM cloud I had tried 10 times
to create an account again and again by creating all credit cards and with 4-5 accounts But I'm unable to create.
