political data and digital Marketing app

I need an Android app.related to political parties it's a simple project all data should be upload in backend via Google sheets or Excel sheets it should display in frontend.attaching files for reference and I need this app with in 15 working days.There is some features of calling and texting will discuss briefly will share document of project too.time passers pls stay away
