I would like some hip with shop drawings need for submittal
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I already have the full set of HVAC drawings in AutoCAD (DWG). What I need now is clean, consistent annotation so the package is ready for submission.
Scope of edits
• HVAC Pipe Insulation – add a clear note directly on the relevant plans; no separate schedule is required for this item.
• Pipe & Equipment Identification – combine the pipe ID scheme I sent you with the equipment name-plate schedule into one consolidated submittal, then tag their locations on the drawings (duct labels every 6 ft, refrigerant lines every 10 ft, unit labels 6 in below each data plate).
• Refrigerant Piping Sizes – if you can place high-side / low-side sizes as a note or compact schedule, that would be helpful, but the two items above remain the priority.

1. Updated DWG files with all new call-outs and tag locations.
2. Matching, print-ready PDFs.
3. The single combined pipe-and-equipment identification submittal (can be PDF or Excel).
I’ll supply the current CAD files, the pipe ID legend, and the equipment label schedule as soon as we start. Accuracy and tidy layering are more important than speed, though I’d like an initial draft within three business days so I can review mark-ups. Let me know if anything is unclear and we’ll sort it out quickly.
