I need complete Manual J, S, and D calculations for a single-family home, covering every conditioned space in the house rather than just a few rooms. My goal is to confirm heating and cooling loads, select properly sized equipment, and lay out a duct system that will meet ACCA guidelines and local code requirements.

Please use recognized software such as WrightSoft or Elite RHVAC so that the final report can be submitted to both the building department and my mechanical contractor without additional rework. I will supply plans, elevations, window and insulation schedules, and any other data you request as soon as we begin.
