Whole-Building Mechanical MEP Design
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m looking to have the complete mechanical side of an AutoCAD MEP model developed for an entire building. The architectural shell and baseline coordination files are ready; what I need now is a precise, clash-free mechanical layout—including ductwork, piping, equipment placement, schedules, and annotated construction sheets—built directly in AutoCAD MEP (or AutoCAD with the MEP toolset).
Scope
The project covers every occupied level of the building, plant rooms, shafts, and roof services. All HVAC systems must be sized to the latest ASHRAE standards, coordinated with structural grids, and packaged so the model can be federated with the electrical and plumbing teams.
What will help me choose the right partner
Please attach examples of past mechanical AutoCAD MEP work that show both 3D coordination and final sheet production. A brief note on how you typically handle clash detection in Navisworks or Revit Coordination Models is welcome, but not mandatory; the key requirement for selection is seeing comparable deliverables you have already completed.
Deliverables
• Fully annotated DWG model of the mechanical system, organised by logical layers
• PDF set of construction sheets (plans, sections, schedules, details)
• Updated equipment and sheet index in Excel
• One round of coordinated revisions after internal review
