Villa HVAC & Plumbing Design -- 2

I need a qualified MEP engineer to prepare a basic set of drawings for a three-storey residential villa. The scope is intentionally lean—just enough for my contractor to price and rough-in the work—so please focus on clarity and constructability over elaborate detail.

HVAC
• System: split air-conditioning units on each floor.
• Deliverable: a simple ducting/refrigerant line layout showing equipment locations, pipe sizes, and condensate routes.

Plumbing
• Systems required: water supply plus drainage & sewage.
• Deliverable: schematic riser diagrams and plan views that indicate pipe diameters, fixture counts, slope directions, and venting points.

Material Preferences
• Use PVC for drainage lines and copper for water supply wherever feasible; note any code exceptions or alternatives.

I will provide the architectural floor plans in PDF/DWG. Please return layered CAD files (or clean PDFs if you work in Revit) along with a short design brief summarizing key calculations and assumptions. Accuracy, neat annotation, and quick turnaround are what matter most for this stage.
