Retail Store HVAC Design Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m fitting out a new retail space and need complete HVAC design documents prepared by a qualified engineer. This is a ground-floor commercial unit that has a rooftop unit installed. We need a design for the size and placement of the ducting.
What I’m after is a set of mechanical plans: ductwork and diffuser layouts—ready for permit submission and contractor bidding. Drawings should comply with local building code, ASHRAE standards and any energy-efficiency requirements the authority having jurisdiction enforces. I work mainly in DWG, so I’d like native AutoCAD files plus clean PDFs for submission.
Please include:
• Detailed plans, sections and schedules stamped by a licensed engineer in Alberta Canada.
• A short design brief explaining assumptions, diversity factors and recommended controls
Timing is important— I’d like to submit for permits within three weeks. If you have retail HVAC design experience and can hit that schedule. The space is 16' x 51' with a roughly 14' ceiling.
