Retail Space MEP Plan Design

I’m preparing a brand-new retail location and need a complete drawing package from scratch. Alongside the architectural floor plan, I require coordinated HVAC, electrical, and plumbing designs that are ready for permit submission and contractor pricing.

You’ll start with a blank canvas—no existing drawings—so I’m counting on you to handle layout, sizing, and code compliance for every system. The final package should include signed PDF sheets plus editable DWG (or Revit) files with clean layers and clear notes. I’ll review the drafts once for red-line comments, after which we’ll move to the sealed set.

• Architectural floor and reflected ceiling plans
• HVAC duct & equipment layout with schedules
• Electrical power, lighting, and panel schedules
• Plumbing supply, waste, and vent diagrams
• One consolidated coordination drawing showing all disciplines
