Residential Water Chiller Design

I'm looking for a professional who can help with the design of a water chiller for residential use.

Key Requirements:
- Experience with water-cooled chiller systems
- Prior residential project experience
- Ability to handle chillers suitable for up to 400 liters
- Knowledge about installation, maintenance and troubleshooting

Based on the compressor, i would like a design for all the other components, 400 liters of water needed to be cooled down to 5c.
