Residential Oil Boiler Cleaning
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My customers own more than twenty oil-fired boilers spread across several homes and each unit is due for a full seasonal clean. I need an experienced boiler technician who can visit the properties, remove soot and sludge, vacuum the combustion chamber, replace or clean filters and nozzles, check the flue for blockages, and leave every system running safely at peak efficiency.
All work must comply with standard residential oil-boiler servicing practice, including proper waste disposal and a basic combustion check once cleaning is complete. Please supply your own tools (industrial vacuum, brushes, combustion analyser, replacement gaskets, etc.) and be comfortable coordinating mutually convenient appointment times with the homeowners.
Deliverables:
• Each boiler thoroughly cleaned and reassembled
• Combustion efficiency test report for every unit
• Short service log noting any parts that may need future attention
