Residential Mini-Split AC Unit Installation
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I'm looking for a skilled and experienced professional to finish installing my Five Zone Blueridge Mini Split AC in my residential property.
What has already been done:
- Indoor ceiling and wall units mounted.
- Drain lines ran (may need to be altered)
- Electrical ran. Includes 40 amp breaker installed, 8awg wire ran to outdoor unit location and wires run to each unit.
What needs to be completed:
- 48000 BTU condenser mounted to the side of the house (brick).
- Copper line sets run to each indoor unit (5 total).
- Drain lines connected to indoor units.
- Electrical wires connected to 2 indoor wall mounted units.
- Electrical and line sets connected to outdoor condenser.
- Line sets covered/protected on the outside of the house.
- Unit will need to be pressure tested for leaks and fill with the proper amount of refrigerant

- Proper installation ensuring each unit functions correctly.
- Adherence to safety standards during the installation process.
- Efficient and clean workmanship, to avoid disrupting my living spaces.
