Residential Electric Furnace HVAC Design

I need a skilled HVAC designer to check the existing system. Existing system has 2 furnace. One is heating and cooling other is only heating. For the electrical heating furnace has to be relocated or removed. Designer has to check job site then make a new HVAC plan based on decision made .
