Residential Central AC Installation

I’m ready to equip my home with a fully engineered central air-conditioning system and need a qualified HVAC professional to make it happen from design through commissioning. This is a residential project—single-family, two-story, roughly 2,400 sq ft—so accurate load calculations and thoughtful duct design are essential for even cooling and energy efficiency.

What I expect from you
• Perform Manual J & D calculations and size the equipment accordingly
• Draw permit-ready plans (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) showing duct runs, registers, returns, line sets, condensate drain, and electrical requirements
• Recommend a high-efficiency condenser/air handler pairing that balances initial cost, sound level, and SEER rating
• Oversee or advise on installation, ensuring local code compliance and manufacturer’s guidelines are met
• Commission the system, verify airflow and temperature balance in every room, and provide warranty/inspection documentation
