Relocate and Reinstall Used AC

I have just purchased my neighbour’s central air-conditioning system and need a qualified HVAC professional to handle the entire transfer. The unit must be carefully dismantled at the neighbour’s property, moved next door, and fully installed at my single-family home. Once in place, I also want it tested, charged if necessary, and given a quick maintenance check so I know it is running at peak efficiency.

You will receive the exact brand and model details upfront so you can bring the right fittings, line-set length, refrigerant, and electrical hardware. The two houses sit side-by-side with unobstructed driveway access, which should make transport straightforward; however, I still expect proper recovery of any remaining refrigerant, safe handling of electrical connections, and full pressure-leak testing before we call the job complete.

Deliverables
• Safe, code-compliant dismantling of the existing outdoor condenser, indoor coil, and any ancillary parts
• Transport of all components to my property without damage
• Re-installation, including mounting, brazing or flaring of copper lines, vacuum, recharge, and thermostat hookup
