Program Innotech Omni HVAC Controller

I need the control logic on a commercial HVAC installation rewritten and commissioned on an Innotech Omni proprietary controller. The focus is temperature control and ventilation control; humidity functions are handled elsewhere, so the program should concentrate solely on maintaining set-points, scheduling fresh-air sequences, and reacting to sensor feedback in real time.

You will work directly in the Omni programming environment, starting from the existing project file. The task includes cleaning up point names, refining PID loops for supply-air temperature, adding demand-based ventilation logic, and making sure everything compiles without faults. Once coded, we will connect to the live panel (BACnet/IP available) for simulation, trend validation, and final cut-over.

Deliverables:
• Updated Omni source file and compiled download package
• Live trend logs proving stable temperature and ventilation control through one full operating cycle
• Short commissioning report listing points, alarm limits, and any field adjustments

Acceptance is complete when the controller runs 24 h with no errors and maintains set-points within agreed tolerances. If you have proven experience programming Innotech Omni—or similar proprietary BMS platforms—let’s get started right away.
