Oregon Residential HVAC PE Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a licensed Oregon Professional Engineer to produce a full HVAC design package for a new-build single-family home that will run on a high-efficiency heat pump system.
The scope is straightforward: run the Manual J load calculations, size and select the equipment, design the complete ductwork layout, and supply stamped drawings and calcs that meet the Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code so my permit submittal sails through on the first round.
Deliverables
• Manual J/S load reports (PDF & native file)
• Duct layout per Manual D with sizing, CFM, and velocity shown on plans
• Equipment schedule and design narrative covering heat pump selection and controls strategy
• PE-stamped mechanical sheets ready for county permit upload (DWG + PDF)
I’ll provide architectural plans in DWG, insulation specs, and any site data you need on Day 1. My ideal turnaround is two weeks, but let me know if you need a little more time. Please share a sample of a recent Oregon residential job you’ve sealed so I can confirm format and code alignment.
