Office HVAC System Design
Budget: $250 – $500 USD
The project is a full HVAC design for a two-storey office building. All calculations, drawings, and schedules must follow current ASHRAE guidelines; if you already reference SMACNA workmanship tables that is a plus, but the formal basis of design remains ASHRAE.
Scope
• Run detailed heat-gain / ventilation calculations.
• Select a complete air-conditioning system sized for typical open workspaces and enclosed managerial offices, with special attention to the dedicated server rooms that demand tighter temperature and humidity control.
• Produce ductwork and equipment layouts in CAD that coordinate cleanly with the architectural and the other MEP trades.
• Generate equipment schedules showing airflow, static pressure, electrical data, and any auxiliary controls the office fit-out will require.
Deliverables (hand-off package)
1. Load-calculation report in PDF with the underlying spreadsheet.
2. HVAC design drawings in DWG and PDF (plans, sections, details).
3. Equipment Schedule
