Multi-Family Manual J/D/S Reports

I’m finalizing the HVAC design for a medium-size multi-family development—between 5 and 6 units—and I need ACCA-compliant Manual J, Manual D, and Manual S documentation for permit and equipment ordering. Each unit will use a split system paired with a gas furnace, so the reports must reflect that configuration.

I have 2 types of units. They are typical on 3 floors.

Scope
• Manual J: Heat-gain / heat-loss calculations for every dwelling, ready for building officials.
• Manual D: Complete duct layouts, friction rate calculations, and static-pressure summaries suitable for plan overlay.
• Manual S: Equipment sizing and model selection that ties directly to the Manual J results and matches gas furnace split systems.

Please prepare the reports in PDF plus editable files from your preferred software (Wrightsoft, Elite, CoolCalc or similar). If you work in AutoCAD or Revit, include the DWG/RVT so my architect can integrate the ductwork.
