Mechanical HVAC Stamp Needed

I have an existing HVAC layout that is being altered and the local building department will not accept the drawings without a registered Mechanical PE stamp in Minnesota. The design itself is complete; what I need is a licensed engineer to review the revised plans, verify they meet code, and then apply your professional stamp so the permit set can be resubmitted without delay.
Scope of work
• Review my current HVAC modification drawings (PDF + DWG)
• Identify any code or sizing issues and propose corrections if necessary
• Provide a final, digitally sealed set ready for immediate upload to the permit portal
Everything was originally drafted in AutoCAD, so a quick turnaround is possible if you can work with the native files. Familiarity with U.S. mechanical codes (IMC/IBC) is required, and you must be legally authorized to stamp drawings in the project’s state—please confirm your jurisdiction in your proposal.
Once your stamped plans clear the building department, I will consider the job complete.
