The concept I want to pursue is a dual heat-pump arrangement paired with a passive cooling strategy; beyond that, I’m relying on solid load calculations to dictate exact equipment selection, whether that ends up being Carrier, Trane, Lennox, or another equivalent line.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Full heating and cooling load calculations that respect California climate data and Title 24 requirements
• Sizing and selection of two coordinated heat-pump systems plus any ancillary components required for passive cooling integration
• Ductwork layout, airflow balancing, and equipment schedule ready for my architect and builder to drop straight into the permit set
• Clear, stamped (if you carry a California PE) or otherwise ready-for-submission drawings in PDF and DWG
• A concise narrative explaining system operation so my GC and I can review and approve before procurement
